Ξεκινώντας από την αρχή ότι «η γνώση είναι δύναμη», το You in Europe έχει αναπτύξει ένα ευρύ δίκτυο συνεργασίας με σημαντικούς εταίρους από όλη την Ευρώπη και συμμετέχει σε στρατηγικές συμπράξεις και forum, σχεδιάζοντας εργαλεία και καλές πρακτικές που αποσκοπούν:
- στη βελτίωση των δεξιοτήτων, των νέων αλλά και των ενηλίκων
- στην ευκολότερη πρόσβασή τους στην αγορά εργασίας
- στην ενδυνάμωση και εμψύχωση ευάλωτων κοινωνικών ομάδων και την πρόσφορη συμμετοχή τους στην κοινωνία
- στην ενίσχυση της εθελοντικής συμμετοχής ως μέσο απόκτησης γνώσεων και δεξιοτήτων.
